North Dakota State University Indoor Practice Facility

The $37.2 million facility will be used for football, women's soccer, men's and women's golf, baseball, softball and men's and women's track and field. Additionally, the facility includes a separate weight room, locker rooms, sports medicine space, meeting locations and a recruiting area. Construction is planned to begin in the spring of 2021.

Research 1 – North Dakota State University

Martin Mechanical was the primary designer of the 40,000 square foot lab addition. The research laboratory is located on the campus of NDSU and provided many energy efficient sequences which include variable volume airflow in the labs, heat recovery from the fume hoods, and fan wall technology for efficiency of equipment.
