Principal / Project Manager

Chad has 18 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field. His responsibilities range from contract document production to mechanical design to full project management. He is also an active member of the Building Commissioning Association, which furthers his education on the most current commissioning solutions for the client. His hard work has resulted in hundreds of satisfied clients, who have continued to use him as a resource throughout the years.

Cody Bartholomew, P.E.
Principal / Mechanical Engineer

Cody Bartholomew is a licensed Mechanical Engineer specializing in systems design and project management. Cody’s responsibilities over the past 17 years have included management, cost estimating, mechanical design, plumbing design, fire protection, shop drawing review and all other aspects of construction administration. Other skills include energy modeling, LEED consultation and building systems commissioning. He has completed hundreds of projects in over 15 states throughout the nation.

Josh Lunski, P.E., H.F.D.P.
Principal / Mechanical Engineer

Josh has worked on projects in all fields; including healthcare, industrial, education, sports facilities and many more. He is a certified Healthcare Facility Design Professional, which equips him with the knowledge for all critical healthcare facilities design, skills and regulations. His performance has proven exceptional results, with over 17 years of successful projects.

Matthew Krueger, P.E.
Principal / Mechanical Engineer

Matthew has over 5 years of experience with mechanical and plumbing design. Throughout his time at Martin Mechanical, he has shown his driven, hardworking personality. He is always eager to learn more about the new products available in the industry, ensuring the client gets the most innovative solution possible. He recently passed The Principles and Practice of Engineering exam which allows him to practice as a licensed mechanical engineer.

Steven Reinhold
Senior Mechanical Engineer

Steven Reinhold has over 20 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field. He will be responsible for industrial clients across the Midwest.

Mick has over 30 years of experience in the mechanical engineering industry. He specializes in education facilities, including the 5 new elementary schools in the West Fargo Public Schools. With over 40 schools on his resume, clients know they’re in good hands.

Connie is our main point of contact at our Perham office. She has 8 years of experience, specializing in industrial projects. During her time at Martin Mechanical, she has worked on government, commercial, industrial and educational projects.

Mari plays an important role on our team by working with our engineers to produce drawings. She works out of our Park Rapids office.
