Revit Technician

Martin Mechanical Design, Inc. (MMD) is an expanding regional Mechanical Consulting Firm that works with Architects and Owners in the design of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing for commercial and institutional buildings. The firm is seeking a Revit Technician position that would work from one of our existing offices located in Fargo, Grand Forks, or Park Rapids. This position is responsible for developing construction documents from redlines, rough sketches, and/or verbal direction from designers. A background in computer aided drafting is required. Enhancement of Revit/AutoCAD skills will be provided.

Professional Mechanical Engineer, P.E.

Martin Mechanical Design is accepting resumes for a Professional Engineer for a career in a consulting engineering environment working with commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience in the design of large HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Building Automation systems. This position also involves being a technical point of contact with clients. This is a full-time position to work with our existing Mechanical Engineering staff. The opportunity would be an in-office position open to any of our current office locations (Fargo, Grand Forks, Park Rapids). Professional Mechanical Engineer, E.I.T.

Maritn Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer/EIT to provide advanced project leadership during the design phase as it relates to customer experience, schedule, estimating, design and planning resulting in a smooth transition to construction operations. You may provide mentorship and oversight on multiple projects at a time and/or actively lead a large, complex project. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role.
